Corsair 1000 watt power suply enough for Tri Sli 280s

    The title says it im about to get another GTX 280 for my Tri Sli board, and im wondering if my power suply will be able to handle the load any help wiil be good.

    Yeah, im pretty sure that should be fine with 3 280's, but just to make sure its prob worth posting what amps your 12v rails are rated at.

    The HX1000 has a single 80 amp 12v rail if I recall correctly.

    Its got 80a across two 12v rails.

    more than enough for try sli.
