    Hello Gurus,

The below is regarding my work machine, not the specs to the left.

I work from home and have Windows 7 Installed (all my software setup the way I need it for work) on a Raid 0 config. I want to make a exact copy of the drive to an external drive and then copy it back to the computer under a Raid 1 config.

What software can I purchase to create the perfect working image? :bang:

Check out Acronis, you can even use their trial.

My SSD quit on me a few weeks ago, so I created a partition on my secondary hard drive, installed windows and then did an Acronis back up image of my SSD partition to my new Hard drive partition, everything works just like before with no issues.

Go with Acronis as Chillin suggested, as in my experience it is the best imaging software available, and I use it regularly. You can also integrate it into Windows backup, as well as convert acronis images to window backup files, and vice versa.

I agree, acronis is not fancy and does not do all manner of crazy things...

    It just works.

May I suggest you use the bit by bit image saving...yes, it takes much longer but has always been 100% sucessful, even backing up damaged harddrives.
