I hope so. I Really want a new idea when it comes to cooling. However, I have experimented with Peltier cools for awhile now and for the power they use, air is far better and cheaper. Water is even better. I don't think they have developed new tech on that front that we don't know about. I Hope they did but It's hard to believe.
