COOLBITS 3 ¡¡¡¡, 3rd Strike

I'm not sure if this would work, but my thought about getting anyone's system to recognize the values would be to go to the reg entry for [...Video] and look at all the 0000 sub entries for all the GUIDs and find the one that is relative to those listed in '3rd strike' and just copy paste the GUID value over the one in '3rd strike' and then import it. I actually just did a similar case with a downloadable version of C.Riddick EFBB and when I pasted the GUID value of a different machine over the value of the original reg export and then imprted it, the entry was then located under that new machines GUID. It was a no go on the game, but it could fare for a better result being that these are drivers instead. I'll give it a shot soon, but with a busy week ahead I'm not sure when I'll get to doing so and posting a result. I'll do my best to try to remember.

 

well right off the bat i dont like it
got the driver has reported an error in 3dmode in dreamrender
my standard overclock crashed my system but is fine with coolbits2, dunno why but i dont care as thats enough for me to never use this again

 

I´m working in a more fixed version of coolbits 3 in 2 reg files, why do i that in 2 files ?Its easy , one file will be only "coolbits" and the other file will be Ogl Enhancements and other tweaks.

The new version will be available soon in my first post.

I updated vesion of coolbits with a lot of changes , people can download files in my second post .

List of changes :

Now are 3 files

1st file for nvidia cp functions. ( New Clearview Function , u can refresh screen x4 times )
2nd file contains quality tweaks based in 87.25 and in 84.66.
3rd file contains compatibility tweaks for certain motherboard chipsets

The second and Third file are zipped because contains a easy guide with screenshots to apply correctly tweaks.

bro, fix your links... the "..." in the middle ruins them.

Or just post the main 3rd strike thing. ffs no point in downloading it if its just text.

 

U need to try download several times then u can get what u want. not text. the link correct but the server have problem....

What does this do? Do I have to use those .reg files if I have modded drivers?

 

This reg files is for nvidia drivers such us 84.66 and 87.25 but if u got XG , DHZ or FWU can add some quality d3d enhancements and Ogl enhancements and add Clearview menu in Nvcp and disable useless things in nvcp

Is it possible for them to be installed without going through all the guide? Like just clicking the reg file? Yes, I'm lazy and slow with reg editing :X

 

well compared to the original coolbits its makes your games stutter every 10 seconds...........worst thing i ever did , obviously i cant speak for everyone but this is something ill be steering well clear of from now on , its awfull uke2:

click start then click run , in the box type regedit, in the new window click file then click import,navigate to your regfile and add it , hope this helps

 

What file did u test?3rd strike reg file is simply double click but the other files its necessary read the guide .

Did u import reg file from regedit?I think when u install a nvidia driver a GUID is generated. A example :

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Video\{B8DEC903-207F-497B-8279-F1DDACC0A51E}\0000

A GUID is " {B8DEC903-207F-497B-8279-F1DDACC0A51E} " and that is the origin of my guide to import correctly the reg file .U have a method to do this more easy?

 

Congrats MASTERTRICK. You are the master of copy/paste. A majority, if not all of these tweaks (except for the ones that hurt performance) have already been integrated into www.laptopvideo2go.com (Lv2go) drivers for years.

MastRichard, why dont you get your own website, then the faithful can vist and download your tweaks whenever it suits them

 

What are u mean exatly , coolbits or quality tweaks?I read inf in that page and only can be read something similar to coolbits but NOTHING of quality tweaks.

I´m not MastRichard, i´m Mastertrick... Your idea is good but if u can tell me some free sites to do that.

A question for u.Are u testing my tweaks at your 6800 card?Post your results or gameplay experience.
