Changes in this version:

Coolbits are now 3 files:

1st File is similar such us coolbits but some nvidia utilities are disable such us Keystone, multiple monitors and other by default( u can always enable in nview )
2nd file contains quality tweaks based in 87.25 and in 84.66.
3rd file contains compatibility tweaks for certain motherboard chipsets

The second and Third file are zipped because contains a easy guide with screenshots to apply correctly tweaks.

This reg files is for nvidia drivers such us 84.66 and higher but if u got XG , DHZ or FWU can add some quality d3d enhancements and Ogl enhancements and add Clearview menu in Nvcp and disable useless things in nvcp

Improved quality in games because added D3D enhancements and Ogl Enhancements [ QTF ]
Improved overclock single card a bit in nvcp( Disabled MemTest , a little risky ) [QTF]
Multi-GPU overclock; such as SLI or Dual Gpu ( ex; dual 6600gt or similar )[3SF]
Disable some useless nvcp features [3SF]
Added Clearview menu to nvcp ( I think only available if u connect nv card to monitor via DVI) [3SF ]
Frames rendered ahead ( fixed ) [3SF]
Added compatibility tweaks for certain motherboard chipset [CTF]
Added Pci Latency tool Tweak without install this soft in compatility tweaks file ( Default value 64 ) [CTF]
Detection of HDTV, TV [3SF]
Enabled Stereo 3d [3SF]
Included refresh rate fix [3SF]



PD: I TESTED IT WITH MY PALIT 5500 FX ( 256 MB ) AND WITH MY XFX 6600 GT ( 256MB ) WITH POSSITIVE RESULTS.

PD 1: THIS IS FOR GAMEPLAY, NOT FOR BENCH. ( I NO TESTED WITH BENCHES )

Ehhhh, are you sure my card won't blow up in my face? What if this is a grudge against everyone who's got a better videocard than you?

 

Its 100% Stable, If U Got Any Problem With This U Only Unistall Current Driver O Update Driver To Erase This Special Settings Equal Coolbits 2

Tested At Geforce 6 Series And Fx , If People Test This New Coolbits And Add Tweaks Nvidia Users Win A Lot

PD: i no have a 64 bit computer to test it , i working in win xp sp 2 ( i have a open suse computer but this isn´t the problem ) , all updates, included 2006 april direct x .

I don't know...... i'm a bit reluctant to try this.... anyone else tried this yet?

 

OK, i have tested it and it works fine but there is one problem. I always use coolbits version 2. With this version i had a submenu under performance and kwality where i could set my Frames rendered ahead (3). But in version 3 this option is not there!!

 

Some of the tweaks will not work i think. In your reg file there is a GUID that won't be on everybody elses machines. So those tweaks will not be recognized.

Here is a question, is there coolbits for a geforce 5200go Fx card ... very old card I know but that is what I have in my laptop.

Hmmm, "frames to render ahead" is a very useful feature, especially if your video card has less then 256mb of v-ram, as it makes room for textures instead of using memory for prerendering frames. I think i'll hold off untill its enabled again. :sleep2:

This can be enabled if u change in regedit:

Coolbits have to be changed to "3" in Decimal , actually this valor is "26"

Change it and enjoy

Its enabled on 3 by default in first post about coolbits 3 , but later in downloaded reg file ( 44kb ) you can see is enabled on 26 ( hexadecimal value ) , a mistake by me .
