Not that short, I've been playing for more than 10 hours and I still have a lot to do. That's good for a TPS, I guess. But you are also right, it's always a good thing to get everything at once. :D

Yeah, I'm the sort of person that rather gets everything at once - I'm less likely to forget about the game and then never actually get to the expanded stuff.

It is quite a better performer than quantum break. Smooth and stable experience. Dx12 shines well.

Agreed, it should be dx12 only. Game is even smoother without motion blur, 2-4fps difference.

I will not play any game now if it is to have RTX on release .
I have Wolfenstein Youngblood and I will not play it until there is an RTX patch.I also do not care what anyone says about RTX,I like it and RTX is fine in this game also.

you have to admit, the big difference in the lighting department when rtx is on, the reflections, it is just so so realistic with it on

Lighting can be a big difference and the way the lighting works ,some people are going to prefer lighting in older games until they get used to the RTX Lighting.Physical destruction is awesome in the game.
I also think reflections are not that bad in this game.Picks up projector, going to kill someone

Moon is physically raytraced, play there. It is like saying old guys like me, should never have played a game with physx off in the past. Enjoy some gaming and leave visuals apart are irrelevant and overrated.

I want to play the game as it's indented to be. Just like multiplayer games... i'm not going to turn down a graphics setting because it gives me a tactical advantage. No i'm going to play right with all the eye candy on.

I know, right? Even when I'm trying my hardest to be a sarcastic troll, I can't hold a candle to ram's effortless absurdity.

    Then just play the game.
Yes, Remedy put a lot of effort into the visuals. But to them, the most important part of their games is the story. That's what they want people to experience.
They write the story, plan it out and then build the game around it.

Several guys from Remedy have said they don't care what settings people play their games on, platform... anything. They just want the story to be told, and for people to enjoy it.

It's not that the game was "intended" to be played with RTX on, it's an option added for those with the hardware to handle it.
A reflective window doesn't change how the story is told. ;)

Im not talking about gameplay, im saying that ray tracing gives it a significant edge in the graphics department and it is done amazingly good in this game which is why to me i see the big difference in the indoor lightinf, ray tracing on simply changes the whole shading and everything looks alive in those offices and low light environment,, to me it is a big difference, metro exodus has that difference in the indoor lightinf aswell makes you feel what i am i still doing with no rtx card....
