both links are forbidden fruits, apparently new patch will introduce fov anyway. edit: new url for those links https://onedrive.live.com/?authkey=!AFVw1sZzhZRphR8&id=A2448DC3D8D5710!2904&cid=0A2448DC3D8D5710
Hey guys to remove blur on 1080p just use nvidia sharpening + Integer scaling help in this? monitor is native 1440p
Well, it seems like a $500 card will give me that FPS. Are you saying its better to pay less for less FPS, or pay more for more FPS? I don't get the point you're trying to make. Well I could always turn RTX off and play this bish at 80-90 FPS or w.e FPS I was getting. But god bless Gsync
Alan Wake was a real person in Quantum Break's universe. There are multiple things pointing to him, with people questioning what happened to him. And, you can find copies of his books in the game. With, one character reading one during one of the TV episodes. Sam Lake has said Alan Wake is his proudest achievement, and his favorite creation. It's the game Remedy want to return to the most, but, they only want to do it so long as they can "do it right".
^ Yes, all the universes are connected together. I wouldn't be surprised if the protagonist of Control were the same of Quantum Break in some of her time travels. Anyways, I bought it. Great game under almost every aspect. I agree with Alex Battaglia from DF, this is a game which will be technically fully enjoyable in one year or so, it is extremely perf taxing and unplayable on the best GPU on the market when maxed out (with no blur DLSS). It runs better than Quantum Break for sure but I cannot push the res past my native one, which is 2k. @4k it becomes almost unplayable. Out of curiosity, I tried to enable a couple of RTX effects on the 1080Ti but the game crashes a few seconds after I enable them, I get an HW error in the Event Register. Pity! Oh, the game is still using the Upscaling/temporal reconstruction technique we saw in QB, but it looks like it has been improved at least. Those typical ghosting effects on objects are still visible when moving the camera though.
Hi. I have newest nvidia driver installed. Using integer scaling on 1920x1080 making on desktop. I see an black borders. How to remove it? Monitor is native 1440P.
Don't use integer scaling? It can't scale from 1080p to 1440p...so it doesn't. It can only do 2X, 4X, and so on. I still don't see the need for integer scaling or why people make a big fuss about it.
When i go from 1440p to 1080p desktop is blurred but without borders. With integer scaling i see an borders
tbh, game looks very ordinary without raytracing, maybe it s time for me to invest in an RTX 2070..., i guess the time of gtx 970 is about to end anytime soon
Tweak to disable motion blur / depth of field / Screen space AA: https://www.reddit.com/r/controlgam...to_disable_motion_blur_dof_and_ssa_dx11_dx12/
Thanks for the links. I would not disable Screen space AA-This will make the noise in the game even worst and you will introduce jaggies everywhere. Might be worth a try for someone looking for extra fps.
