We're in Taiwan once again, this week starting tomorrow we'll be attending one of the bigger technology exhibitions on this globe, the yearly Computex. This year we'll be ... Computex 2017: Coverage @ Guru3D
Thanks guys! Looking forward for some juicy news and amazing new hardware coverage! Also just noticed the forum new look! Looks great! But I hope that Guru3D logo at the top left corner is temporary. That's how I see it, just in case I have an extension or script messing with it(I have no adblockers/scripts enabled on G3D ofcourse) lol!
You realize you probably selected another forum skin/style by accident right? All the way down left is the selector mate :nerd:
I know what you mean. I'm trying to cut back on the night markets....the food is unhealthy but I can't help it. Not sure what your travel plans are like but I'd recommend checking out the Syntrend building in Taipei if you haven't already. Lot's of cool tech stuff there and they even have a little mini HTC vive theme park called Viveland. Also if you're up for the hour and a half drive(or ~25 minutes by high speed rail), there's a huge IT park in Hsinchu City(where I live) that's pretty much the equivalent of America's silicon valley. Anyways, enjoy your stay. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hsinchu_Science_and_Industrial_Park https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Syntrend_Creative_Park
AMD stream is up: https://www.twitch.tv/amd edit: hah, they accidentaly leaked some presentation slides on camera and switched it. It's down now. Was only up for testing.
@tensai28 And? You're trying to tell us there is absolutely no one in th3 country selling that kinda service? Right. Not even talking about a personal for 1-2h of working out...
To be fair; we all know what he was talking about and I think we all know why he wrote that comment. I'm sure there is someone selling that service just like anywhere else in the world. Just you'd probably have a lot easier time finding it anywhere else in Asia. Problem is this place is commonly mistaken as being the go to place for that kind of stuff when it's not (Hence his comment. If we were talking about anywhere else in the world, I'm pretty sure this topic wouldn't even come up). Government cracks down pretty hard on it and that's good (sometimes we'll see people getting busted for it on the news). Anyways this isn't the place to be discussing this. Let's try to be civil and get back on topic. Computex looks great this year and I can't wait to go on the 3rd!
