Class not Registered upon clicking change adapter settings Help

Hi i Click on (Change adapter settings) and i get a error pops up,
i have done SFC 6-times did not work
so i created a shortcut using explorer.exe shell:::{7007ACC7-3202-11D1-AAD2-00805FC1270E} and i get this or this when i click on Ethernet

Did SFC say that there was any corruption it could not repair after it was finished?

If you are not using the default driver provided my Microsoft, go into device manager and uninstall the network card. When it asks if you want to delete the driver associated with the device, answer yes. If the default MS driver is being used, answer no. Then reboot. If the OS does not reinstall the device, there is a bigger problem that the only way I would know how to fix is to reinstall the OS. Provided the device is reinstalled, reinstall the driver provided by the manufacturer.

 

i no its a windows issue but i have tried the drivers

 

Hopefully someone with more knowledge of fixing this issue will lend a helping hand. Only suggestion I have is to reinstall the operating system.
