    2 x 16GB DDR5 6600mhz CL 36 - Noctua NH-D15 cooler - Gelid GC extreme thermal paste - Antec 1200 full-tower case with fans at lowest speed

    Had some Issues with my Hardware lately, so I needed to sort it all out (RAM, Motherboard and lastly CPU). The 14700K is a nice improvement over the 13700K. This is Set Lite Load "4", PL1=PL2=253W and IccMax 307A. Everyday use is limiting the Longterm Wattage to 125W.

    On this setting the P-Cores only boost to 5,3 GHz in R23, because of the IccMax Limit. Power draw is around 217W.

    If someone wonders what would happen if I would set IccMax to Auto: the Score would go up around 500 Points, all Cores would boost 5,5 GHz all the time and the power draw would be around 244W (on my Silicone Batch X334P - others might be higher or lower)

    True but for such setup having looked at some other examples it should be around 70k..

    * Using dual channel as well; the motherboard supports eight channel

    Current R23 scores on the 7950x3D, that got to be the last time I run benchmark unless I have to change thermal paste etc...
    Don't see where I can scratch anymore performance and I'm plenty happy with current results anyway.

    Just because of reasons, I set up my system almost to Intel Standard Settings (Loadlines, CEP, TVB and so on. I just set a negative VCore Offset that is the thing that is not Intel Standard). In my case it increased my R23 Score, but it also increased the consumed Power, because I no longer run into the ICCMax wall. The CPU is not overclocked, it just boosts within the Intel Limits.

    Some retro benching today, Picked up a cedarmill xeon for about $8, Needless to say it didn't disappoint. will attempt +5ghz with watercooling some time in the future.

    was tricky getting everything to work, as the bios really doesn't like the stock bus speed(166mhz).
