If what you say is true then they need to reword their definition in the BIOS
I don't think this "Fmax Enhancer" is on all ASUS boards either. I was looking for it on my Hero VIII and it was not found even using F9 search. I see screenshot above and it is missing on my same page of BIOS.
With vcore @-0.875V : better scores but worst frequencies !?
10mn run :
Single core : 1315 => 4400-4425MHz
Multi cores : 12571 => 4075-4100 => 75°C with Corsair H105 AIO
[ EDIT : I use AfterBurner to see frequencies, it is not very accurate I think, but HWInfo64 affects more the overall performances. ]
I think I'll stick with the vcore @ -0.1V to minor T°
That's OK because the difference in performance is very minimal, and, in my - tiny - experience, maximizing Cinebench scores is not always a good thing for gaming. And I am a gamer. ^_^

I might have gotten a handful more points on the Multi-core test had I not been monitoring my temps, voltages, fan speeds, and UPS usage, through open windows of some monitoring software, but not enough to be significant, imo.
When i run the programm even tho all temperatures are low, still the cpu drops frequency, is it normal? does this score look normal? https://i.imgur.com/SSQG7ik.png

40955 on Dual Intel Xeon Gold 6254 OC @ 3.99 Ghz. - 76-80c max CPU temps with custom loop (new build, still working on temps).
AMD 3900X @ 4425 MHZ - 1,45V - AIO Custom 360 loop 158l/h -Max temp 80 degrees celsius.
Did some testing with Ryzen Master after reading on CTR. I was able to run CTR diagnosis (silver) but bsod when running CTR benchmark. Cinbench R23 10 minutes test passed as you can see. Running too hot on AIDA64.
Getting a little old, but still solid performer that hasn't missed a beat since I got it.
Delidded (of course), 5.2Ghz all core at 1.360v
