I got 2099cb for cpu & 412cb for cpu single core with a core i5 9300h with turbo boost (4.0ghz). Is that good or bad for a i5 9300h?

Latest run dropped just a little.... these runs were done on a Gigabyte x570 Gaming X, with 16 Gb OLOY 3600 Ram using a Enermax Liqmax III 360mm AIO, all mounted open air on a Thermaltake P5. The CPU is running a straight 4.3 Ghz overclock with PBO and AUTO OC on, and voltage set at 1.32v. It has been stressed tested with AIDA64 Extreme at 4.325 Ghz, but with heavy workloads utilizing both the processor and RTX 2070 GPU, the system became unstable and crashed unless I added more voltage. With this mainboard, I am hesitant to add any more voltage for everyday use. Time for a board upgrade!!
