Hehe. I have tried to tech them how to drive standard. I have played games, install software... etc. Some have a knack, some get left behind.

I think that Very Senior comes pretty damn quickly. What is the next step up from that.....moderator (if ever)?? It seems like very senior is the end of a journey to nowhere as far as titles go. Maybe Very Senior should be at 100 posts? I don't know, hard to judge.<br>
