Oh man, i know your issues. My housemate has had this for over a year now. He has to take Di-ribose to give him energy (this is what the doctor prescribed him, plus vitamins). He can't have any sugar, fruit is about the highest amount he can eat. Avoid foods which breakdown too quickly, white bread, white rice etc. Also try not to over-do exercise, you will regret it for a few days. Sleep well. Look out for recipe books that aim to minimise Candida, these minimise sugar. CFS comes under the umbrella of ME.

Basically chronic fatigue is caused by the cells in your body not being able to recover energy levels quickly enough. This makes you feel like you have not slept for a week, despite having just woken up. I'm afraid most people with this are in for the long-haul. Some get rid of it in a few months some have it for the rest of their life. Try and keep happy and optimistic this will aid your recovery. This is a specialist area of expertise that a conventional doctor may not be able to help you with. The best thing you can do at the moment is change your diet and be more considerate to your body when you exert yourself. Try and save up and go to a doctor that can help you solve this.

    Explain this then

    my Daily Schedule

    Wake up @ 8:45pm
    Work @ 10pm
    Get Home @ 7am
    Sleeping by 7:30-8am

thats EVERY day.. I sleep 11 to 12 hours a day.

If you knew what CFS was you would understand its not just.... not getting enough sleep. its a constant state of exhaustion

Fvck, you sleep 11-12 hrs a day? Dude you sleep too much! To me CFS is just a collection of individual things rolled together and called an illness. You're over-sleeping, effectively turning your metabolism to "hibernate." You claim to basically work, eat, sleep, and not much else: a routine like that is exhaustion. Get motivated, get out of bed, and find some other crap you actually wanna do in your time. Enthusiasm and passion are great cures for exhaustion, hey.

And don't tell my "I don't know what its like!" I work 12 hr day/night shifts, all the while with chronic arthritis. I know exhaustion well, and I know how to kick it in the arse.

I know what they are, I studied them extensively in Sixth Form. BTW, bulimia nervosa isn't eating until sick (usually, although it does happen). The vast majority of cases are binge eaters who then FORCE themselves to throw up (fingers in the throat usually) afterward, because they feel so rotten about caving and eating so much. It's like punishment. They need to purge themselves. Also, I read a lot of case studies where laxatives were used, or just starving themselves (like anorexia nervosa) and/or overexercising (literally from when they got up to when they went to bed).

Anyway, most people with anorexia go on to suffer from bulimia afterward. And most people who suffer from bulimia have a history of anorexia like symptoms or other eating disorders. I am not saying that the two ARE linked, merely that they could be, and I think they are. The similarities are extremely high.
