I really hope they don't get rid of third person cut-scenes.
I’ve always hated third person in games. Takes you out of the game. I’m glad they’re going 100% first person.
I really hope they have full body awareness like in Prey.
Ok this looks like it's back on track with that initial trailer from 6yrs ago. Hopefully it stays this way
I'm more a third person fan as i want to control a character not be the character, but i'm willing to tolerate first person for this game.
New trailer looking great.
Aiming in third person is annoying. Camera sometimes spins around needlessly.
Yeah but it's going to make customizing your character pointless if you never get to see him or her.
Hopefully some RT reflections are added to the game.
It isn't pointless I'd say, since we are talking about a RPG. What matters is mainly what your equipment does to your character in terms of perks, abilities, bonuses and so on. Well, this of course does not apply to his/her face though, which probably will be visible only through the inventory.
IGN interviews pffftttt..
The last game i pre-orderd was Total War Warhammer II, 2 years ago, until a week ago when i pre-orderd Cyberpunk 2077.
I hope the 3080 Ti comes out around the time of the game release.
Zen 3 would be awesome as well. Looking to build a new system soon but all the good stuff is years off, except for Ampere.
For Samurai Keanu
This game is the essence of all cyberpunk games. I guess this would only be topped if it would look like this in VR. I guess i would go truly mad.
Can't wait to play the hacking sequences tbh and learn all the game mechanics involved in that. After that i'll be cruising about with the motorbike.
Still such an amazing promo. Why does Japanese make everything sound more dramatic and awesome?
And Japanese Keanu! Konnichiwa!
Ikr, funny thing about Japanese voice-overs is exactly this, even though everybody knows they are over the top dramatic and loud, they still sound great and not out of place and with an action title like this, even more so. Also Keanu even has some asian descent from his father's side, so it's a good fit.
hehe yeah... it's part of Japanese pop culture, so it feels natural
Might be worth playing the final release with Japanese voice overs and subtitles A neo-tokyo feel?
