Not bad for my PC, not been upgrade since 5970 release date.. like 3 years plus ago.. still keeps up with the big boys
760's run really cool don't they? And I also heard they're supposed to overclock well, maybe you just need to re-paste the GPU and blow the dust out - maybe they didn't do a good job from the factory. (quoted your wrong quote! It was about you saying you don't OC your cards due to temperatures). EDIT: did some quick research, it's the custom cooled ones that run cool, reference cards run quite hot - DOH!
25380 Gpu 1228mhz cpu 4.7ghz, cache 4.5ghz http://www.catzilla.com/showresult?lp=372114|*|Result Details
Improved score a little, with lower 4.6ghz & cache 4.2ghz. It was vram OC that boosted it a bit, could be driver too a little its 347.46
you really want to boost the score just try lastest drivers use NVI lod with AA Mode replay all ,use between 0x00000034 and 0x00000078
there is no need to change the flags it works on this driver now with just all mode selected.it can be enabled by sgss x2 x4 x8 depending on the app used, for 3d firestirke a lower value works better 0x00000010 -15 ish at least on my titan or 780's have not much testing with lod on my 980's
You can also do the Nvidia LOD adjustments in there for 3D mark (hint google) Can you tell i was half awake when i posted this? :nerd:
I though the devs abandoned this project? I actually bought a copy years ago and held some top scores for a while. The last time I tried the benchmark I could not get crossdfire to work even with renaming the exe to AFRfriendly.exe and also bemchmark would constantly crash also.
Came a long way :nerd: 980TI max OC 1478MHz Boost, ram 250 and 300mhz This is with extra cowie trick, still had that enabled/saved in my profiles all this time lol, this was 1st run, cpu was better in above, think it needed 1 warmup run lol c1: I also noticed Raymarch test, its gpu FP32? ALU and it went berserk with Maxwell - literally 2x faster vs Kepler or 5x vs Fermi :nerd:
Heres my score from lowers preset to highest: Both Gpus @ 1600mhz and memory(gpu1 @ 7750mhz/gpu2 7830mhz From lowest preset to the highest: And something I added, Custom 4k res with everything set to low except multi-threaded option: Thanks alot. UPDATE: Just to let everyone know, The cpu physics part, I did check the cpu usage on all cores, yes it used alot but not 100% on all cores, again, the cpu score should be much higher but it is what it is, although the cpu utilization was good but all cores were not at 100% usage, not even close. First time I ever used this bench, pretty good.
My gpu is ready to rumble but my cpu doesn't want to play. I didn't bench on new version since there is probably no cpu optimization or any offloading to gpu.
