Cats to speak within five years

I read a scientific report which states that through the use of embedded chips and processors, it is hoped that within five years we weil see the first cats who can speak English. Obviously you'd also need an onboard dictionary, and thesaurus.

Cats don't have a language, nor do they speak to each other, they make noises for different emotions, they are not a language nor can they be translated into anything other than "Hungry" "Angry" "Happy" "Scared" etc

Which are all emotions and pretty easy to work out by watching the cat anyway
