I'm back to 10.10e. After 10.11 gave me GSOD and BSOD and 10.12 brought back the memory clock issue, I'm scared of trying new drivers.

Sigh, more ATI fail... Same problems over here.

Really, there's no way I'm making the mistake of buying another ATI card for my next PC.

Are there any modded 10.12 drivers with fixes for these daft issues?

Anything overclocked?
I heard that 10.12 aren't so kind towards overclocked cards.
On stock settings they work fine, even give a nice little performance increase for the 5870.
