Careful with Trixx people, it seems to have quite a serious bug... I've got it set to start with Windows, nothing unusual there, but for some reason I've just rebooted and noticed my Fury's fans went to 100% for a split second and I noticed the temperature, again for a split second, go up to 140C! I assumed this was just a bug on the temperature display in Trixx but checking GPU-Z logs I notice these VDDC readings right before these temperature "anomalies"... 1.4938V!! 1.5500V!! I've reset Trixx and it's not done it since. What the??
I've uninstalled it, I can't risk that happening again. It could just be a faulty reading but I'm not risking it, back to stock for me until AB does voltage tweaks.
Here is Moded TriXX i'm using for a long Time now, It's the only One working with My XFX flashed to Sapphire ToXXic. Try this One, it's safe as hell and everthing working here NP, maby with this one V for Fury-X will be avaible My MEGA
since i own the same card ...i have to ask what flashing to toxic achieved? to me the black bios works pretty good
Actually I have similar fan speed ups to max happen to me occassionally with reboots with Afterburner 4.1.1 too. Use AB to set clocks/voltage on startup. Thanks for the info, I thought the fans just sped up due to a glitch but it could be the same happening. Started happening since upgrading to Windows 10.
Yes One big problem no V managment for my XFX (it's newest Revision ) And in that rev. no V mod avaible, unless You flash Toxic (only One BIOS with working V adjustment) I need V cuz many games don't need 1.2v and 1080/1550 or higher. XFX have life warranty, so they cut off Mad OC ;-) I'm playing AC:U/AC:Syndicate/Crysis3 on 1050/1600 1.185v +8% POW and belive me it's cool and quiet (mAX 64 deg.cels.) For BF4 or other Mantle game 1050/1550 1.175v 0%POW For Old GoG/Steam Games 1000/1500 1.143v -10%POW And for Net/Movies or Very Old DX9 games i have 850/1400 1.143v -20% POW
