Cannot decode or encode any video on NimeZ GCN drivers, why?

Cannot decode or encode any video on NimeZ GCN drivers, why?

I'm using this driver now but I tried others, none of which let me encode or decode simple h264 video among others...

Any advice would be appreciated.

Newer dependancies, that contain AMD AMF, breaks decoding/encoding in legacy GCN GPUs.

You need to use 22.11.1 or earlier I believe to avoid any issues.

 

I actually got it working but needed to use MS FIXED RENDER mode with the driver and its working now.

Does that Include Screen capture? Because After my HD failing I got an R9 380 and reinstalled the newest one They have available. But I can't screen cap It just pops Recording in the top corner without a time like Normal. And It doesnt capture anything.

Before HD failure I had a 7770 and could record on it even tho Im pretty sure it has no Hardware capability.
I had several drivers on it and now Im on the v8- 23.4.1
