I've been digging around in the setting of my copy of MSI afterburner looking to see if there is a way to change the 'Ram Usage/SRAM' and 'Memory/VRAM' to display in GB used rather than MB used. Checked here but found nothing Settings > Monitoring Tab > Graph's > Ram Usage (SRAM) & Memory (VRAM) Is it something to do with the 'Correction Formula' a fer rows below the main graph section? I ask as I did play with that, set it to 'X / 10' and it did indeed change the number displayed but still shows the 'mb' next to it. It's a small thing but I am anal about how the data displays on screen when in game/overlay. As well as I don't like it when a computer tells me 'NO you can't do what you want' lol. So here I am on the forums to ask can this be done, set the system and video memory usage to display in GB used format rather than MB used.
I had already asked this: https://forums.guru3d.com/threads/changing-format-on-ab-internal-values.432073/#post-5786721 There are only 2 ways you can achieve it: using a external data source such as HWInfo64 into AB, or just using OverlayEditor. I used the OverlayEditor and got it to show just like you want: I could upload the OverlayEditor file so you can just load it in case you don't know how to use it, message me if you need help
Sure I'd like to give that overlay a try. I've googled the weeb as well as the forums here but I can't find any solid info on how to enable or where to grab this 'OverlayEditor' Plugin. What am I missing here? Is it already in the settings of Afterburner somewhere and I'm just missing it?
Here it is: https://mega.nz/file/HfAXzY5K#shODJiy1BvAiow3gZDov9Ly1QdwTNXTf8LnJhl02fac Rivatuner Statistics Server/Plugins/Client/Overlays (place the file in there) The OverlayEditor plugin is on RTSS, not on Afterburner. Just open Rivatuner/Setup/Plugins and there should be OverlayEditor.dll, double click to open it. You should be able to load the .ovl file I sent you through there (Layouts/Load). You can set a key to toggle the OSD on and off from the "HotkeyHandler.dll".
