Is that a sega saturn game by any chance?
is it from a Game Gear???
What a great thread this is indeed.
Here's a game I used to play in the arcades when I was knee high:
farc or somehting ?
Looks like Atari's Narc from 1988/9.
This one is very very easy for those that played in the Arcades in the 1980s as it was probably the most famous beat em up ever apart from the highly overated Streetfighter....End of stage 2 Boss in green...i think im gonna have a go on this today.
That looks like one of the Double Dragon games.
Yes correctDouble dragon 1,when i come back form the gym in going to try and complete it on 1 credit and get a score of over 100000(hard to do as you have to use all the moves and not just the ground pounding elbow)
Heres one more, easy but can be tricky....
Street fighter !
Is that Final Fight ?
This is an easy one.
Whats the full name of the game though ?
Robocop vs Terminator.
Epic game, used to play it on the Genesis.
Childhood favourite of mine^
Yes the original streetfighter, not the overated Streetfighter 2 that everyone used to rave on about.
I remember playing this down the seaside years ago and it had huge pads on it the size of dinner plates(well they looked huge at the age of 12 years old),the harder you hit the pads the harder the punch/kick delivered to your opponent,i actually came away with sore hands,i suspect it n ever really caught on and was an early capcom prototype....
The original arcade machine with pads can be seen here, check out at the bottom how good the PC engine version was compared to the arcade, almost identical, awesome power for an 8 bit that trounced all over the Amiga.
That looks like River-raid on the Atari 2600
That would be correct =p
Spent many hours playing good old River Raid.
yep mine 2!
