If you are at 720p it should be playable low/medium, at 1080p it will be kinda too much for that rig.
OC'ing that quad should see a little gain, maybe a cheap GPU upgrade. The 6670 is pretty weak, although I wouldn't invest much in that system unless you planned on a new build and took the GPU over.
It won't be pretty but I guess you're already aware of that. OC that CPU as much as you can and it should tide you over till you can upgrade.
Looks like you're not maximizing your setup. You have 6GB of DDR2 1200MHz modules. Crank that FSB!! 400 is nothing! Make that P43 scream! The p43 is to the p45 what the p31 was to the p35 chipsets. Slimmed down, less features, but it's the same silicon. 500Mhz+ FSB is possible. Come back when you're running 7x450 stable Unless.... you have already hit a wall in the cpu/northbridge like me.
