possibly yes but you have to watch those temps

really should ask more advanced overclockers

try clock gen(remember 1 mhz at a time on the FSB

Jebus, that is a hell of a rig. Is the Physx card worth it, then?

No, the phys-X card is definately NOT worth it. Nothing really supports it, and no one really knows how much difference it'll make in UT2k7. IMO if that game is important to u, wait till its out and see how much of an effect the card has on it....

As for the 6600... Its very unlikely u will get 4ghz on air, u are talking 3.5ghz is a very nice overclock on air. For anything higher, u will need water, and probably phase change for 4ghz+

Conroe's advantage is not the clockspeed, but the architecture. It's way more efficient than the pentium's. I think a conroe @ 2ghz will have about the same performance as a 805@4ghz, or something.

Agreed, PhysX is the bigest waste of money since... since... The Nuclear Arms Race? No, wait-- biggest waste of money since Loiuis XIV's construction of the Palace of Versailles. Yeah, that's accurate. (wow, I'm a dumbass...)

Anyways, you will probably need H2O, peltier, phage change, CO2(s), N2(l), or another supercold cooler.
