-You must have the 1.2 Multiplay patch installed
    -Launch Call Of Duty Multiplay
-Press "~" to bring down the console
    -Type: /seta com_maxfps "1000" [ENTER]
    -Type: /seta mss_volume "0.000000" [ENTER]
    -Type: /timedemo 1 [ENTER]
    -Type: /demo timedemo1 [ENTER]

("timedemo1.dm_2" is the single built in demo. When starting the demo in the console, you do not need to add the file extension.).

    When the demo finishes running:
-Press "~" to bring down the console
-Your results will be at the bottom of the messages

At this time I have not found any extra recorded demos for Call Of Duty. The built in demo is OK, but not great. To me it reflects "mild" play. There needs to be a longer demo that includes many more players in a tighter area with more explosions. An example would be something like the famous "Crusher" demo for Quake3. Maybe I'll try to make one myself when I get time.
