Call of Duty game Warzone has attracted 50 million players in a month. The game is free to play and launched in mid-March. About six million people played the game within a day. That number has grown quite significantly though.

Just hope they will fix the fps drop and stuttering problem, i'm playing at ultra graphics 120 fps, but the game experience is destroyed by this annoying problem, and then will see.

I was surprised to learn Apex Legends actually hit 50 million faster than this game.

maybe ultra is too much for the 1660 for 120, i dont experience any frame drops on my 2080ti im almost over 180 fps in 1440p i dont play ultra tho because you dont see properly with all the effects

Free or not, people still play Call of Duty games in 2k20?

It's a 1660 super, and i'm playing on ultra in 1080p, and without the blurry effects like depth of field and also AA not to the max for sure, it's very stable when not moving a lot, but when running or turning around rapidly or aiming, i'lm experiencing those drops and some stuttering, even when lowering graphics to the max it still happens ( so i think it's a game bad optimization), and i'm not the only one, many people are complaining about that in many forums, and i think with your 2080ti it's hard to notice things like that, that happens with middle cards, also your card is the best one until now, it would be weird if it can not handle all games at ultra even if not well optimized..

Your cpu is old asf. And your on 8gb DDR3 without even listing the speed. Yea, lets blame the game for your rigs issues.

I mean me on a 3600 and a 5700 XT notice these same issues. Microstutters in this game are awful, and only way I've found to prevent them is disabling the frame sync option in the game, and also turn down the AA. I've also been told anything over 60fps can cause microstutters in the game.

More importantly, have they fixed the rubberbanding issues?

use a batch file to change the games running priority from high back to normal, Infinity Ward being stupid is the biggest source of stutters in this game.

The cpu still doing well untill now, some are still using 2500k so, this is not the problem, maybe i need to add more ram (1600 mhz xmp), but as said by (vbetts) who answers to you , you can see that, even with a very good rig whith high end parts, lot of people are experiencing the same thing.
And i find your com very weird cause i'm just giving my experience with this game, you dont have to be so rude, or maybe you are a warzone team dev, and you won't accept this fact.

Or launch the game, open task manager set game priority to normal, close it again and relaunch, but i don't think it will work, if not, it would be very stupid from them.

priorities do not persist across launches without third party software.

    50 million x 120gb = a lot of traffic.

Lol the download size is the only thing putting me off it.

No, almost every pre-game Lobby is laggy AF, atleast 2 out of 5 Game Lobbies are laggy too. It seems they're aware of it but apparently do not seem to prioritize fixing it.

Not to speak about the whole cheaters in this game holy crap.

I thought it was fun with randoms for about a week. And then I tired of it. BRs since Apex including Apex just don't do it for me. Development always seems a struggle. Solo mode in Warzone honestly is boring as all hell.

With randoms the game is so bizarrely awful that I have to count my time playing. It's just not worth it much of the time. I do well with it too, averaging around 2KDR in normal MP and Battle Royale. But last free event I had more fun in normal MP.

BR's take too much time. After 400 wins in Apex I just don't even care anymore. The game is utterly dominated by premades, and so is Warzone.

Apex solo mode would be amazing for me though.

Poor server staff, I hope they planned to grow this fast, at least a company this big should have money to deploy new servers this quick

I have > 1400 hours in Apex. I usually solo queue and it has become near impossible to play due to premades / cheaters.

I did try Warzone for a week or so, but it's not for me. I don't like the mechanics of the game (gulag - buying armor and teammates etc.) Why make it more complicated, than it needs to be?
I'm also so used to sliding in Apex that I keep trying to do it in Warzone and fails every time.
