Amazing. That's really an inspiring story.
Coool... He cant be stopped and thats awsome.
Sounds like the moden version of Tommy as in "The Pinball Wizard".
That deaf, dumb and blind kid sure plays a mean pinball!
Ohh yeah I sure have heard of him,Tommy....
The worst thing is, even if you beat him, you won't feel like telling... "You know, I beat a blind guy. I rock!"
thats crazy man,
how come people cant just like jump over his character behind him and wack him, how can he tell which side they are on of him? that insane!
im not sure about his job as a video game designer.. hehe that is ALL about sight..
i wish i could have a few rounds with him in Tekken .... Soul Caliber is easy ... one tap on the direction buttons makes ur character face the opponent ....
Let him try Quake 3 instagib Wupp his ass
Good for him. My best friend lost his LEFT hand in a work related accident. He played allot of FPS before he lost it. So he only has a stub and can only hit one button at a time with his left stub. Let me tell you, it's amazing how good he is. He isn't able to fly the choppers in BF2 but scores 60-80 points every round. He also kick a$$ at CS:S, he plays FC, HL2, D3 and does very very well with his stub. So if you ever see sgt_stedenko he's a one handed army.
Not bashing the blind guy or anything, but SC2 and most fighting games, all you have to do is push some buttons that you have memorized and the opponent is straight ahead of you in your general direction, so it doesn't seem that hard to me. I could close my eyes and probably beat people at it. You can also listen to the sounds as well, to see if you are actually hitting him. I mean the guy with the nub who plays FPS's, is impressive, but I would like to see the other guy try and survive in one, let alone CSS.
so you think you can beat him???
Great story....truly the gracious heart of the human spirit shines in this lad.
I'd love to play this guy a few times. Awesome story, proof of what a person can do if they set their mind to it and ignore the limitations placed upon them.
