Somehow the water in Battlefield 1 causes my screen to go black. I can still see the HUD, but everything else is pitch black. As soon as i'm out of the water, i can see everything again.

I can't remember that i had this problem with my two 290s before. It's also only present in DX11. DX 12 is fine, but it's not as smooth as DX 11.

Does anybody else experience this issue? Maybe it's related to RX Vega? Are there any solutions for this problem, besides switching to DX 12?

You could try running older DX11 libraries in the game's directory.

Got it as well with my vega card. Though it seems only to be happening to me when I turn off AA.
Just switching pre settings (high/ultra) also fixed it (But then it's using AA as default setting anyways).

I guess you already done a clean install...

Try playing with the graphics settings.
