Ya man...I've had my BFG 5950u for a little over a week now, and I must concur...This card rocks, and is rock solid!! which card version do you have? BFG had their original reference version with nvidias FX fan blower setup then changed their cooling system to a dual copper heatpipe setup...which is not as good IMO, because i've had the chance to try both cards...rma'd the heatpipe card after 1 day, but the 1st generation 5950...I 1000% agree, truly rocks!! FARCRY.."teh, bring on the FPS and eye candy!"

I got the dual fans/heatpipe one. Overclocks like crazy.
If only I can stabilize my CPU..
    Awesome card from BFG.

oh I totally agree, that the newer version is a great card...just on my rig, it ran 10-15c hotter then the fx-blower version...My fx version never got over 55c with gaming, benching, etc...but the heatpipe card would get over 75c at times...either way, the threshold is 140c, so no worries, but I just like it as coool as possible...

blue moogle, if you need to stabilise your cpu overclock raise the voltage, unless you mean heat which the Athlon64 can handle up to 90C safely anyway

You are getting some great kickass clock settings with your card Blue...With some more tweaking and the proper cooling, You should be able to rock some great 3Dmark scores with that Athlon64 and your setup..Goodluck man...BFG5950ultra 4LIFE~!

Yeah I really like the BFG's. Although the copper dual fan setup kept my 5900nu much cooler (33c idle) than the aluminum w/blower setup on my new 5900u. But your A64/5950 should push you higher than 6800 marks. I get 6805 on my AthlonXP/5900u setup so you have a ways to go before your card is finished. Nonetheless BFG is my favorite VGA company. I'm surprised no one has contested you liking the 5950u over a 9800pro. Personnally I prefer the 5950u.
