    How stable are they, really?

    I just downloaded 93.81 and... I'm a little caucious, my current driver was a beta, but.... are there times where Beta's will just not work?

    Not really. Last serious bug that i remember was mising crosshair in game Project IGI 1, years ago on GF4 Ti4200 i think (or was it GF2 Pro hm). Other than this, they worked perfectly all the time across almost all NVIDIA graphic cards (GF2 MX, GF2 Pro, GF4 Ti4200, GF6 6600GT and hopefully on upcoming GF8 8600GT/Ultra which i have plans with hehe)

    Well, I'm just getting really low frame rates in games where I'd usually score much higher, but I'm gonna try out 3Dmark and fiddle with as many settings as I can to see if it's anything other than the driver. (For the record, I ran some source benchies and got a constant 60fps w/ V-sync on, but every once in a while it'd slow right down and the end result was 50fps@1280x1024 4xMSAA 8xAF)

    have had no problems with beta drivers and they sometimes have better IQ/Performance than official.

    Are you using those on your 7800GT under WinXP?

    In otherwords, can I use 'em too? ^^;
