best bang for buck and quiet to boot - please read

Hi Guys
Hoping I could ask for a little advice, bought myself a 27 inch IPS panel and have decided to upgrade everything else,bit stuck on what graphics card to buy,ideally this will have a display port as new panel has this connection, what is a great card that will not break the bank and also is quiet and importantly I can have some control over fan speeds from desktop. would love to get a few opinions on this,graphics card must support resolution of 2560 x 1440, any help would be much appreciated,have a great weekend.

i would say £140.00

 

id say look for a GTX 560Ti or a 7850 if you can find one for cheap.

 

7850 and oc the hell out of it

 

7850 and 560ti look good, what make and which 1 is going to be quieter.
