G-sync Monitor for you, or if too pricey, next time go for Radeon + Freesync
Believe me it's Night & Day.

If ATI Radeon = Freesync2 HDR
    If nvidia = G-sync

Don't expect to overclock any monitor from 60 to 75.

Most will not accept it and/or will drop the extra frames/

Unless you find someone who already has the monitor and can ask them if it allows 75Hz, there's no guarantees. Many monitors can do ~77Hz, a very few allow up to 80-ish, and extremely few have no lock at all, but most just have a lock that prevents anything above 64Hz.
