It's color banding. Use a higher bit depth.

Simply using a higher bit depth may not necessarily solve the problem of color banding. Color banding can occur due to a variety of reasons, such as limited color gamut, poor monitor calibration, or compression artifacts in the content being displayed.

One solution you could try is to enable "dithering" in your graphics card settings, which can help to smooth out color transitions and reduce banding. Another solution would be to use software that can analyze your monitor's color accuracy and provide recommendations for calibration. You could also try adjusting the contrast and brightness settings on your monitor to see if that helps.

If the issue persists, you may want to contact the manufacturer or a professional calibration service for further assistance.

I have this monitor, and I use 10bit color, and I don't have any of the anomalies that he's experiencing.

Had the same issue, but with different monitor and GPU
Changing drivers fixed it for me
