Joking aside, they don't need oil, they can likely make diamonds, and porn well who knows what their sexuality would be like. Maybe we are the freaks in that respect. Wow, lot's of high ranking types speaking up about this. Too bad we'll probably never get to the bottom of it. Either because it's true, or a complete fabrication by people with some agenda of their own. Definitely got me interested though...
If we are not unique I'm pretty sure any visitors who can travel to this planet would be able to witness the events in total secrecy. If they have any common traits with us they might just be here to observe , curiosity is a trait that can aid in the evolution of a species so I wouldn't be surprised if we were being observed. I also like the way it is assumed that alien races would have to be peaceful to develop the technology they are believed to use (faster than light travel) when the fact is on our own planet one of the major catalysts to technological evolution on this planet is warfare and even when warfare isn't the driving force the results of research (out of curiosity) are often set apon by the military who usually propagate the technology / discoveries for their own uses. Who is to say this isn't another common trait shared between different species on different planets. I wouldn't be surprised if there was other life out there then again we could be the most advanced forms of life in the entire universe we just don't know. I just doubt that the video evidence we have seen can be legit I'm pretty sure that anything that can travel the immense distances involved to come and see our way of life would be detected / recorded if they didn't want it.Assuming they don't want to be seen. We make too many assumptions when discussing the probability of alien life as the only reference to how a advanced life form behaves is by looking at ourselves who potentially developed in a entirely different manner.
There's no question about UFO's. Hell, if a giant flying frizbee was detected and nobody could tell what it was, it's a UFO. The real question is about aliens. Me personally, I'm indifferent. If they show up and it affects my life, I'll care. Otherwise, I have other things to worry about.
Couldn't agree more. I watched the whole video. Didn't see anything new or intriguing though. But the whole ETV/UFO stuff is somewhat interesting. However there are so many different videos and pictures all depicting very different kinds of craft and behaviors that its impossible to not think that the vast majority of that stuff is bogus. And of course the government/s and corporations are hiding bunches of huge secrets, and IMHO anyone that hasn't realized this is awfully naive.
I watched the disclosure project press conference they had in 2001 last night and now I believe they are just a bunch of kooks. They asked one of the guys about what kind of life forms they are and he said that they are all humanoid(more or less), there are 57 species recorded, and some of them look exactly like you and me, the only difference being they have heightened senses. Most of their experiences were of a second hand nature, they weren't directly involved with anything(a couple were supposedly), and alot of it was things that were "told" to them from high ranking above top secret officials. They also just by happenstance have an excuse for every legit question that comes up. Why no ufo's in public nasa database?... "They airbrush them out" Why has there been no reference ever made to this shadow gov't? "Because they started off as an above top secret org and continually moved up the gov't secrecy ladder until they reached a level that no one has ever reached rendering them untouchable even by top levels of gov't, also they are evil and will do anything to protect their interests". All the while they claim that the worlds oil industry is just hiding this alien technology from public so they can keep making their wallets fatter and grab power before this leaks out somehow and destroys the world economy. There is no way this could be possible, simultaneously being so many people(oil industry) and so little people(shadow gov't) knowing this at the same time. Something would have came out or at least people would be getting killed before they could come out with it. The more you dig the more far fetched it becomes, I call horse hockey.
Hmm.. I believe that there is 'something' out there.. but I'm very skeptical about the fact that they're visiting out planet. Too many people just lie about it while others have a very big imagination. No real evidence - no joy.
It's just the light from Venus reflecting off swamp gas onto weather balloons... I've had several experiences, and all that I will say is that some people will not believe even if one landed in their own backyard. There is nothing that a person could say about their experience that would make a believer out of anyone, so it's a catch-22. In my life experience, nothing that can be perceived is unreal...the very act of perception constitutes 'its' existence for the perceiver - no matter what it is. love the soundtrack on this documentary. i do believe there's life in other planet, cause if not then is just a big waste of space. trillions of planets and this is the only one with life, then why nature (or God) decided to make the universe so big if we would never be able to reach any planets not even mars lol (yeah i know but is taking to darn long, send people to mars already before 2012 doom day :nerd:
The US government needs to come clean about everything. Maybe the oil companies, and the politicians in their pocket, are suppressing the knowledge of cheap energy learned from aliens so they can keep us dependent on them. It's a conspiracy!!!
maybe they already have...just cause you dont believe them doesnt mean they havnt come clean. no one has any hard evidence to prove they are lieing about UFO's the problem is they are not saying what you WANT to hear. untill they do you and many others will never believe them..thats kinda sad
