I like a lot of what was shown and talked about, but the trailer left a big "COD" taste in my mouth (not talking fish here either). I'm still confused a little about the "company" thing that talked about. Some of what was said and the trailer almost made it seem like a hero shooter (Overwatch) of some sort? Or am I way off there? If it's anything like that I'm not interested at all..
Hmmm might be true, some special stuff for UWP preorder maybe. Wouldn't make me buy it there still... I'm yet not sure, I think they're trying to bring back some of the flair that bad company had, but one thing I already didn't like about Battlefront is that they cut down on friends you could easily play with (beta), and honestly with 4 friends that also used to play with me, a five man squad was really welcome and appreciated.
My guess is the whole company, soldier coustomization, etc. stuff is only/mainly? for the 4 players coop feature. By the presentation of it. The gameplay we saw is coop scripted "Singleplayer/Bots" i guess.
Yeah I watched the trailer again but without the Live lag and it did seem more like a possible coop mode. That's perfectly fine then. I am just being a grump and tired of hero shooters and the basic games that we have these days. I really want Battlefield to stay Battlefield. Just improve, don't change the core formula!
