Well, you'll probably get five DLCs during the course of a year and after that support gets dropped. Classy.
The beta can be fun but some things are driving me crazy... The movement is even more clunky then in bf4, so so sluggish. What is up with that screen shake when the levolution happens?????? I just stood there for a whole minute having a seizure Graphics wise it's worse and the character models/animations are not on par with bf4. And don't let me get started about the whole UI design, It so ugly... The loading screens, the menu system, the scoreboard and OMG the HUGE progression bar with pixelated Badges at the end of a round, it just screams low budget... But then again I'm a graphic designer, most people don't care
The UI/HUD is my biggest complaint about this game - the screen is so overloaded at times it's hard to see enemies!
It's beta, not alpha.. It's feature complete at this point and looking to get rid of bugs. They could care less at this point what you think of the UI or textures. That's what you're getting. You don't texture and do UI at the end of a beta cycle. That doesn't even make any sense.
Alright I figured out what my problem was. Origin in game overlay is conflicting with AB and the OSD. I disabled the Origin overlay and now both games work like they should. It appears this recent Origin update is causing conflicts with other overlays.
You are wrong. Go talk to some of the devs they want feed back because they are will to change, add or remove stuff. Saying they will not change stuff like textures and ui is silly, you do realise some of the stuff doesn't even have textures? guess they will just release it like that right. The same thing is happening right now in the bf4 cte. We are shaping what happens to bf4 now and in the future. All the changes are due to them listening to us. Yes it was way too late for bf4 but at least they are doing it and with hardlines starting 4 months before release is much better than 6 months in like with bf4.
Anyone elses game always launch minimized? (easier than explaining my setup) The 40in is the default monitor right now. SLI on etc.. Every time the game launches it starts minimized on the 40in monitor.. Only after clicking on the games icon in the taskbar does it go fullscreen.

i'm not fussed over hardline, i still gotta get my monies worth from bf4, but i'll surely get it, i'll bet the campaign will be very nicely done. on paper it has a tough job against bf4 in the online side of things (if tick-rate is heavily upgraded though who knows ..
Tried this last night with mixed feelings. Sure it's somewhat cool to play "bad guys/good guys" but I'm not sure about the replay value. I've played BF4 ~200 hrs and I'm pretty sick and tired of that game. Noticed the same "netcode" problems though (dying behind covers) but the game runs just fine otherwise. Couldn't find the option to change Crouch toggle button though (hold or tap). Yep, same here.
