icon above enemies. Really hope BF5 uses a new rendering technique so that in huge maps, with realistic shading, identifying targets is not reliant on hud markers like that.
So I tried logging into bf4 through battlelog/origin for the first time in Windows 10. However, battlelog loads in some random browser and it won't let me sign in to play. Every time I select login it gets stuck in a refresh cycle and reloads the main screen each time I select login. Has anyone seen this or know how to move forward so I can play the game?
The random browser would be Microsoft Edge wouldn't it? Try installing Google Chrome and setting it to default browser to see if that works.
Just got back to playing after months of Witcher 3. Still kicks ass. BF5 coming this year and beta probably pretty soon.
I'm afraid we won't see public betas until late Q3 at the earliest. Just like it was with BF3 and BF4, both with similar release dates too (October / November).
Yea im not expecting public beta until september-ish. I am learning to fly in BF now, its all good until someone starts locking onto you, or hits you. Then panic kicks in Wish you could create servers with bots and practice that way!
I've given up on jets in this game, I simply am not capable of winning any dogfights Will probably give it a try once Bf5 is out since I hope that there'll be other noobs like me, more than now where it's mostly pros up there.
Oh no jets are off the limit too damn hard! Im only in choppers. Its not that bad, but i keep forgetting about AAs and sometimes fly too low, it looks sick but easy target for tanks! i want 2 seat jets next game, like in BF2
The question would be, what would the second guy in a jet do? Drop bombs, and nothing else? Yeah... I love to kill careless helis with tanks.
AS much as i remember he was dropping bombs in BF2, not sure what else was he doing. I think it was more like a bomber jet than a fighter jet. Hehe yea ive been on both ends of that
WW2 style would be awesome, even in tanks: Tiger tank with driver, officer with machine gun (outside and vulnerable to gun fire), main gunner, radio & machine gunner in front, loader (this would be boring as hell, so not implemented). Whole squad in tank full co-operation to get things done. Same wit some Flying Fortresses.
I copied the battle log website and pasted it into the chrome browser and still not moving past the login screen.. Any other ideas?
I think you will need to set the browser you want to open Battlelog as the default browser, then install the Battlelog plugin, then go to start the game from within Origin and it will run the default browser and automatically log you into Battlelog.
Andreas, the only way i can stand flying jets in BF is to mute my volume until i either get shot down or parachute to safety. The beeping lock on sounds drive me mad.
