any fix for the crappy locked low FOV in SP? Not the worst but still not enjoyable either...

 

I've come across a few blatent wallhackers in locked squads on my own team. Sad and seems to always be getting worse.Following them around and watching them track enemies through walls.

 

although it's sh1tty youtube compressed quality you can tell that even "next gen" looks only very average compared to pc ultra. I'm actually considering cancelling my ps4 pre-order, can't see any games coming for it any time soon that will be worth it.

 

Agree, I mean in the past the new consoles had a small edge on pc when they launched for a short time anyway. Not the case at all this generation from what I see. PC already seems to have an obvious edge and the bad part is the consoles will be around a long time with stagnate hardware.

Yeah i dont think ill bother either with a PS4 either. There always the same consoles, you get 1 or 2 good exclusive titles and the rest are just ****, always the way.

Had some good games on BF4 always in the top 3 but game crashes bsod and ****s my game up. I dont know wether its the Nvidia drivers or BF4, i reckon its the Nvidia drivers tbh.

 

Running great for me ultra no AA with res slider set to 135% game is stunning.

 

No premium I'm afraid. But even digital deluxe is £44.99 on origin, I say you can easily sell it for£30. Why didn't you like the 680?

 

Funnily enough, I've been considering cancelling my Xbone preorder as well, there just doesn't seem to be anything to justify it at the moment.

@ Topic:

I haven't tried MP yet (mainly because I know the cheating will make me want to smash things) but the SP campaign is probably the worst in BF history.

The only thing that really redeems it is the fact that Chalky White/Omar does some decent voice work but other than that, I was underwhelmed.

 

Could simply be your OC too...

 

Totally agree, TITAN mission is just jaw dropping . Some things still look better in crysis (vegetation for example) but generally battlefield 4 looks beter IMHO.

I just made a quick video that shows performance on my PC in very demanding area, usualy my average FPS is even better.
(1920x1200 Ultra + FXAA)

 

Every time I go into setting and change to full screen, the game keeps running in windows mode. Running x64 version on Windows 8.1
Any ideas? Using ATI

Not here. Using default settings in ATI CCC, and don't have Teamviewer installed on my PC. Suggestions? When I launch from origin, goes right into window mode. Alt+Enter goes full, then back to windowed.

EDIT: After some searching I found a similar issue mentioned for BF3 at it's release. Somehow team viewer would prevent fullscreen.

I've removed team viewer. No effect.

EDIT 2: Oops, I see you were already onto the team viewer thing.

I think I'm about done playing, until they patch it, or nvida has another driver fix, or something.

Game either keeps crashing, or, more commonly, server I'm on crashes. And really tired of the dropped audio on the train and dam maps. Odd that it's just those two maps. i think.

Even tried playing SP and it crashed with the DirectX GetDeviceRemovedReason error that I've encountered in MP. Which requires a reboot in order to be able to run the game again.
