can someone explain what "raw mouse input" is and why i might want to use it or not? tia.
I don't have the game yet so I'm just watching videos on youtube.. haha.. some good ones popping up now.
Here is some cool gameplay for those who don't have the game yet http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mgx7RhKmjeA
Love that Littlebird.
You can't get lost in BC1, you're just on a big linear map that give's lots of options on were you wan't to attack from at most points. I like freedom, tactics, having more then one option, etc. I don't like my hand being held the whole damn game!! Damn, I thought anything couldn't get more scripted then CoD and Homefront. Well then there's Crysis 2, that game is a piece of **** as well.
Video games must be cheap interactive movies now and unoriginal as possible!!!!!!!!!
Excellent! Thank you for the heads up!
And what is the difference fron mouse sensitivity and just sensitivity?
I onlu noticed sensitivity and lowered that one.
Not liking the singleplayer at all, just a lovely graphics showcase with the dumbest AI ever. Scripted, trigger point, spawning enemies over and over and getting shot through walls way before being in sight. FFS if I wanted that shiiit I would play COD. I much proffered BFBC2 SP.
Not happy at all that their copying COD for the singleplayer now, epic fail.
Using Raw input disables mouse acceleration that may be present in your windows unless you took steps to disable that pos.
Worst is to come. Have you seen Hitman: Retribution's one button control scheme? Who needs to think anymore?
I expected it to be scripted after Dice said they were looking to the other games when it came to designing the SP, so not overly disappointed and looking so great, it at least makes it enjoyable enough, if not very indepth to play.
My biggest issue is the AI, and them crashing into you constantly because your in their place, so going to try the MP to at least get value from it, will make an effort to play it for at least an hour a day, even if i suck
You bought BF3 just for the single player?
That would be like....... Buying a Beer to look at the glass.
Or like pay for a whore and only talk with her? :nerd:
You dont have to be top dog in charts to have fun. It s all about playing with friends and enjoy the game. The Guru fellas have a group you can join.
ohh ohh.. thought of a better way of saying it.
That would be like....... Buying a Beer and sticking your toe in the glass to see what it tastes like.
oh well got the game to work and wth i cant have dual screen enabled or it will go nuts........ not totaly big deal but still pretty anoying.
lol, ok guys, i get the point
The Postman, did intend to do that, but need to wait and see how much time i will dedicate to it.
BF3 is no worse value than most other games anyway, and i did/do still intend to play the MP, but since i'm mostly a SP gamer these days, the second something new comes out, i will likely stop playing this.
I usually buy lots of new games, but lose interest in them and go back to Battlefield.. haha.
New games that I have yet to finish due to losing interest in them.. mmm.. lets see.
Dead Island, DeadSpace 2, Deus Ex Human Revolution, Crysis 2.
Duke Nukem Forever/.// OMG I CANT BELIEVE I GOT THAT
Fallout New Vegas.. was fun for... a few hours.
I have played and finished Metro 2033 twice.. that is a good game.
yeah same here buy most new games that come out,, played dead island and dues ex but didnt finish them finished rage though and then last game before that i completed was duke nukem forever havent even played dlc even though i got it free with first access thing lol usually end up going back to bf games
One thing i dont like about this game is that all the guns feel weightless to me, i much prefer the guns on bc2 as they all felt a kinda different weight.
You must never have played cod
I have played cod.. it ****IS**** scripted and linear.
So if a reviewer is going to remove points for that reason, then cod games need the same treatment, I guess that is what I was trying to say.
It's soldier look sensitivity. Like when you're in the little Cut scenes that you can look around in but not move.
