I'm taking a troop down to mine tomorrow to see if it's in early, it's pre-ordered so don't have to worry about stock, well not unless they feck up and sell my copy.

 

I would get it from origin now if my copy hadn't been posted yesterday.

 

I refuse to pay for digital games now though, especially when retail can be turned into a digital version, so have to patient before i get online.

I personally loved the single player. Who cares if a game is "scripted and linear". Just because they have that doesn't make it a bad game. They want to tell you a specific story, even if it isn't a ground breaking one. I hate how people bitch because a game isn't sandbox and all this other crap.

The only problem that I had with it was I could see the enemies spawning and just pop up and start running to a pre-determined location, even if the cover was blown to ****.

I call BS you can register games on origin from retail, I did with bc2 and crysis 2 how would EA magically get your cc details if you never gave them, also it's illegal to just take money from your account.

I used my Steam serial number of BFBC2 on Origin and it made my game go on Origin.

 

If you do a bit of searching you will find nothing at all on what he's posted, if this was true there would be loads of threads on forums, loads of stories on websites & a load of gloating on the steam boards.

Infact, if you simply do a google on his text the only threads that relate to it are this one and the one he posted in the news section.

Truth is, if this was true he would post a source to this.

Yeah, i have 4 retail games on Origin, 2 added from Steam and 3 from CD-Key sites, not sure how that will work, or how they will be able to take money from me, or anyone else 2 years down the line.

yep seems its bs lol doubt they would do that anyways alot of people would be pissed if they did, they added bc2 to my acount so doubt they would start charging

 

i believe that completely. the machine in my sig running the beta i could only use high settings but the final i can crank it up to ultra. however, my GTX260 sli machine got no performance gain since beta. still playing it on medium. so DX11 does give you a nice gain imo.

 

sigh why am i not suprissed the game is fully bugged wont load flickers then minimizes back to window and wont stay fullscreen.........

think this is the last game from EA that i ever be buying not even on steam.

 

its cause you only have a DX10 card? i know my other machine with GTX 260's (DX10) will only got to medium terrain aswell.
