Nope, been using Everest showing it on my G15.

 

Reduce gpu overclock.

 

I would if I had one, but I don't which is why I didn't say I had one.

Pretty sure it is to do with the CPU load.

 

Try setting the affinity to 1 core and see what happens..

 

Please no arguing about who saved the most money or how they did it, It's really unsightly to come on here and find three pages of douchebaggery.

 

Maybe its bad OC, this helped me at high fsb;
EIST- off; cpu clock skew 50ps, mch skew default, advanced ram timing Act to act delay tRFC 74-82 (depends on ram OC, +1066mhz); Read to precharge delay 7-8; GTLR1 -3%, GTLR2 normal.

btw, try coretemp0.99? (g15 display), Everest can be a bit buggy.

 

Yup, CPU limited would be my guess too.

 

Your gpu oc is unstable with this game, i'm 99.99% sure.

 

I am seriously having troubles enjoying myself in BF3 since the new update... It seems no matter what I am stuck with the losing team and I am always up against high ranked premium players.

My quit percentage is going up lol.

The MK3A1 is pretty good... for anyone who hasn't tried it, You can use it like a sniper if you put on that ranged scope.. The one from the M249, I don't know the scopes name.. but it lets you gauge the range pretty well. Don't use it in full auto thought, the bullet spread goes all over the place, do single taps and the rounds fly flat most of the time.

Also, I know this isn't battlefield, but it is related by way of the engine used in the game, the new Trailer for Medal of Honor Warfighter is really impressive, some bits in there really impressed me http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EtoU78d6j8g

 

I got it working, had to lower the settings a bit more, and lower my CPU overclock to 3.4ghz (even though it was stable for everything else). Works now, games alright, graphics are so low I can't really see people haha. Also hackers are annoying, was in a jet, high altitude, in a barrel roll turn and got head shotted out of it by a sniper across the map...

 

Glad you got it working... a new GPU would do the game justice though

As for hackers, you need to find a few servers with frequently present good admin and bookmark them.
I have managed to snipe pilots out of choppa cockpits a few times and got called a hacker, so you can't be sure it's a hack.

 

Don't snipe, play for the objective. And if your team is so bad, why don't you switch team?

 

If I was in a chopper I'd have accepted it, but in a jet not flying straight and really high then nah.

Yeah I know, need a whole new PC tbh, will get one in next few months, soon as I get a job, first pay check is going on an IvyB setup.

 

So, they're calling Close Quarters an "Expansion Pack", while B2K is being called "Bonus Content"... what's the difference?
They're both adding 4 maps and some weapons and such.

As for the question, the difference is they worded it like that so they don't have to offer a discount to people who already have B2K.

i paid for Premium and already have B2k, but i got it with the limited editon, so in the end i still saved 10 bucks not 25.00 like the people that didn't have B2K. the real deal lies with the people just getting BF3, 39.99 + 49.99 for ALL dlc. that's a great deal.

the guys i have sympathy for are the people that paid 15.00 for B2K.... they got burned. i've read of quite a few people that just RECENTLY bought B2K not knowing about Premium.

in the end i still saved 10.00 and got some extra'a so i'm ok with my purchase! only tying i wish EA would change is the Queue priority. that's NOT fair, and this is coming from someone that has paid for Premium!

other than that it's a great oportunity for those that we're planning on buying all the DLC. im not too interested in CQ, but i want the new weapons to play with, so it's all good
