I was able to play just fine a few hours ago, but now I'm getting this message. Restarting that app just shows the same message. I'm not having any o issues with my internet. Are the EA servers down? *edit* After multiple attempts to reconnect it finally loaded and I was able to play again.
Should have been available from the start. Glad they are turning things around. Unfortunately I don't find myself playing as much as I do really like the game, just so sick of the maps.
To be honest, i'm kind of getting tired of the bug where streaming system in the game literally dies. Basically there's like 5% chance for me that during any match the game will stop streaming textures and player customizations. When it happens and the match completes it also just gets stuck at loading back screen and never loads back into main menu. It's been like that since season 1 and occurred both on my 2070 and now on a 4090. Multiple game updates, reinstalls, driver versions. All for nothing.
I'm using ultimate power plan so nothing is ever disabled or clocked down. Besides even in an unlikely scenario where it would shut down the NVME drive, any IO access attempt should wake it up instantly.
That just happened to me. Near the end of the round certain buildings weren't loading interior floor & wall textures. After the round ended and a new one was about to begin the screen went black and I had to alt+4.
Yeah, i'm fairly certain that whole asset/loading pipeline is thoroughly busted in this game and it's just different flavor of the same bug that causes random objects to appear in wrong places or stick to player models or when random chunks of terrain appear in the sky.

We shall see, half a decade from now. By the time anything fruititious comes out of it, we will have forgotten about him again
Seems the game is getting canned as what the leaked Year 2 upgrade is, is just entirety of existing season pass with some extra skins on top. So there's no new seasonal content made. Essentially it's same "complete" edition as all of the prior games had when they ended live service.
