    Hey man,
What drivers are you on? Ive been meaning to move up from my current set (314.21) for use in BAO, but i'll try the set your on first and see if i get the stuttering your referring to.

My cards had no issue with 331.58. Do you have render ahead max set to 1?

Had driver stopped responding with 331.58, but 331.65 is smooth as 60+fps all on extreme, physx high and 2xmsaa @1080p.

I have no stuttering issues here on the 331.65 drivers.

Make sure you have Visual C++ 2010 x64 redistributable installed though. The game should have autoinstalled it.

I uninstalled it thinking the game wouldn't need it as it's a 32 bit game, but it made the game stutter and feel laggy.

I'm getting some annoying hitching whatever my frame rate is, gets quite bad flying around the city and that's with my frame rate stuck on 60 for the most part :|

ADAPTIVE v sync was introed just after AC release and it worked good, in-game I got v sync off, and using adaptive like always, 75fps great usage 331.65s

a dual 670 user has done a bench in benchy section,.
gotta keep gpu as cool as possible for sure.
