You are aware that it's the exact oppersite, right? There is far more wind in the winter. The lack of wind atm is a major contributing factor to the expensive electricity prices in northern europe atm.

And no, i do not consider nuclear power a real alternative, as it poses several risk factors, and a major waste issue.
