Lol good, frack epic. Gog is steam's best competition. I guess Google paid them to not release on the other consoles? That's kinda weird lol.
Finally, loved the older games, including nwn 1&2, Icewind Dale 1&2, and this I have expected, for a long time, and thought it would be like 10 years from now, thanks, for a title I actually care about. <3
With Larian behind the wheel, I dare hope that it will turn out good. Still, I would like to know what form will the gameplay take.
The fate of Faerun lies in your hands. Interesting, they're not tying themselves to say... The sword coast, or Icewind dale regions. This could be quite an expansive.
So... I just bought DOS2 because I want to get more familiar with Larian Studios. I played DOS but it didn't grab me. DOS2 definitive edition is a mere £18 on Steam right now (40% off) so it's a good time to jump onto this. Also, I like how BG3 is "coming soon" on GoG, but I'm thinking it's no less than 2-3 years off of release date. That will give me enough time to replay BG and BG2. BG is still my favourite "CRPG" ever, beating BG2. It's obviously the inferior game compared to BG2 but it was the first one in the series and it grabbed me like nothing since then. "Go for the eyes, Boo!"
