    Greetings
I have some kind of stuttering/frame skips on my PC when playing games, watching videos.
The video below will show how that looks like.

    So far i've tried:
    Clean install on Drivers.
    Fresh install on Win7.
    Installed Ubuntu, same problem.

    I have:
    PCU: Phenom II x4 955BE
GPU: Asus Radeon HD EAH6850 DirectCU 1gb DDR5
    PSU: 450Wats ATX DELUX
    MB: Asus M4A79XTD EVO
RAM: Kingston HyperX Blu 4B 1600MHZ DDR3 (But works on 1300MHZ, which is default for this models, as the manual says.)
    HDD: 500G W.Digital Sata II, 16MB cache

sorry bro, looks like your video card is bad. I'd RMA if you can, if not you can always try "baking" it
