Single card users don't have much to complain, I agree with that. But CFX is really crappy, after all the tweaks & mods you can imagine, the performance and issues free in a game like BF:BC2 is still not even par with a single card. It's not related to only HD5xxx but to driver development path taken in the last 10 months with secret Catalyst Application Profiles.

Never had a problem with the 57xx nor 58xx cards!

But this thread could use closure like some other members suggested. Seems the 'Capo di tutti capi' are not very active at the moment ;)

Why should they manifest themself about it? Do you see people becoming berserk and uncivilized with the topic? If you can't discuss/criticize video hardwares on a "3D" forum, it's like Playboy without articles! (euhhh... something like that)

It's not so much that, as this thread served it's purpose long ago. Now with it's revival, it worries people that flaming and pointless hate speech may erupt.

im sad to say that crossfire is a 50% working wen-it-wants to gimmik, i sold my good ol 275 to buy the second 5770 card and now i spend more time trying to fix a non working theory--crafted-overhipped-mumbo jumbo, i too blame some of the websites that review the cards in these crossfire modes, i let myself biased to buying these cards because of these cheasy websites reviews.

    example of reviews:

´´YESSSS MOUNSTROUS FPS dx11 the mother of api´s ZOMGODED ARCHITECTURE OMG OMG OMG 200FPS IN CRYSIS 80 IN BC2 OMG OMG OMG, (yeah but fluid-issue-free gameplay??) UHH no sir we dint review that, you wanted FPS we game you FPS!´´

how low can you get eh? meh im done.
