Great, so far it seems to work as intended. Can you test to see if your Crossfire gets Disabled?
When playing games only one GPU should show activity while the other will display no activity.

Does the error displayed in your previous post occurs after enabling Crossfire again?

I guess as soon as you would be over with x64 bit drivers. you would also release the 32bit drivers. Been reading all your post with patience :).

By the way. Your current latest for 32bit are working quite well. So, I have no problem waiting for the newest ones. But, what I would like to know is that, would your new drivers be even more faster than those?

Or would any new opengl or feature be introduced that was not there in 12.11?
I am with XFX ATI 4650 AGP with 1GB RAM :blunt:.

Occurs with both CF on and off. Other DX games work.

Yea, sorry about that I actually wanted to implement the changes included in the x64Bit release however as you have seen the 13.8 sets still contains a few bugs amongst HD 4000 Users.

x32Bit Users can expect the following changes:

-Full Hardware Acceleration in Windows 8 that allows the use of Windows 8
metro apps without the use of a Switcher
-Dx9 Switcher will come with it's own Driver Cleaner along With its;s
own Package cleaner which uninstalls all Packages installed by the
    Driver.
-Flash Player Switcher that resolves UltraHD Green Screen
along with windowed Hardware Acceleration. This will also promote
less Flash Player Crashes when Using Firefox.
-Crossfire Disabler enable Single Gpu Features. if it works correctly.
-Automatically Enabled 2d Acceleration in Firefox however Users will
need to disable Azure located in Firefox About:Config to resolve Text
    corruption.
-HD 5000 and 6000 Users can expect
Full Hardware Acceleration in Windowed mode without
the use of the Flash Switcher.
    -Added OpenGL 4.3 Support
    -Added WDDM 1.2 Support
-Improved performance HD5000 and 6000 series
HD 4000 Below can also expect changes in performance.
However these changes are included the Performance
Switcher which no longer Supports HD 5000 and 6000 Users.
Mobility HD 5000 and 6000 Users can expect the Max Brightness
bug to be resolved if experienced before.

List of things still working on
Switchable Graphics Functionality for HD 5000 and HD 6000
Graphic Cards paired with an HD 4000 Series Graphic Card
Previous Legacy Graphic Cards still unimplemented in the
    13.8 Modded Legacy Driver
Text Corruption Bug that requires users to disable Azure in Firefox
CrossFire Multi Gpu Clock Fix, which was working correctly in Previous
version of the 12.11 Modded Legacy 10.2 Driver.

Ahh so it's just a Battlefield 3 bug. Did you try another driver that the Game worked with previously to see if it resolves the problem?

BF3 used to work on 12.11 drivers, haven't tested earlier 13.8 ones.

Ok I will look into it, but just to make sure I recommend re-installing the 12.11 Modded Legacy Driver then trying the game again.

Just curious, does your modifications required disabling driver signature enforcement? if not, how did you workaround this?

Well, before my drivers did require the use of Driver Enforcement Signature and Test Mode, however the current drivers no longer require those as they are now signed. Therefore Users can install the driver like they would normally.

Windows x64 Bit requires the driver to be signed in order for it to be installed and work correctly, but users can get around that by using Test Mode. I think this method still requires the driver to be signed but I'm not quite sure, since it's been while as I used Disable Driver Enforcement Signature since it allowed Users to install the Driver and get back to their Operating System without seeing the Test Mode watermark.. Which was big problem for most users at the time.

    That's good.
So, that means that WDDM 1.2 would work for 4000 series as well?
And Opengl 4.3 would also be fully compatible with our 400 series.
I read somewhere that WDDM 1.1 is the maximum version that can be supported by the 4000 series. Also, the opengl was only going to get updated for 5000 and 6000 series.
In case WDDM 1.2 would be supported then we can surely expect some more improvement in speed and quality from WDDM 1.1 as well?

    What's causing this? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IiqgZ8s4yAQ&feature=youtu.be

Is it driver related or hardware related? It is randomly appears and if I quit and re-enter the game or simply change the resolution it is dissappears. I check my temps they are normal and I didn't use Overdrive. I'm currently using V4, this problem always happens since way before. Any Hd4870X2 users knows this problem too?

Nope, those Features are exclusively for HD 5000 and 6000 Users. However
the driver for HD 4000 Users below will contain mostly fixes and patches to allow the driver to Work correctly for Windows 8 and general Gpu fixes to allow the driver to function as it did before in 12.11 Modded Legacy Driver Series.

I did attempt to fix it but as to whether or not the bug is fixed only you can tell me that.

This is driver related and It's actually one of the reasons I updated the driver to the 13.8 Series as the previous set would cause massive artifacts for HD 5000 and 6000 Users when gaming and playing flash Content. But it seems it's also consistent with 4000 Users.

    Other Thoughts
if you don't mind can you enable the Flash player Switcher in the Dx9 Switcher folder then attempt to recreate the bug?

Of course I will post the result but do you want to result with v4 or v4.2? I believe they are not much different.

Actually, I think it may be broken in the latest V4.2 so use the Dx9 Switcher provided in the link below.

    Notes
-Fixed a bug causing the Flash Player Switcher not to Switch
-Resolved a possible bug in which the Crossfire Switcher
would say Crossfire is disabled/enabled and never implement the change.

    Here is the Download Link:

does this also happen when playing games like in your previous videos or did it change just to the video?

Actually it is same game as in the previous video (Grand Theft Auto IV The Ballad of Gay Tony) and this cutscene not a video based, it is game itself. I encounter this bug in many games, like almost every game.
