ATI Catalyst 12.11 Beta 11 Modded driver For Legacy GPU

Flash hardware acceleration in Firefox is lame. I only use that browser because it has adblock plus, but I like IE 10 more.

I uploaded HotFix four, please try it and then report back.

 

after the uninstall of Catalyst 12.11 modded, I have executed Dxdiag.
I do not know if this will help.

but at launch, I got the following error
- DirectSound
- DirectInput
- DirectShow

Dxdiagx86 no Driver

Dxdiag64bits no Driver


I installed the driver and I return to the report.

Can u please include Mobility Radeon HD5000 Series (Dev_68E0) to the legacy gpu, with hotfix 4 & regular 12.11 beta 11 is not detected

 

When using HotFix 4 did you use it with any the software listed in any of your previous post?

 

the Hotfix 4 is currently installed on my PC

- VLC closes at launch
- MPC-HC gives me the error code and read the video
- Origin (EA) Stop work
- Stop run Dxdiag

 

When using the Standard legacy driver by AMD did you have any problems with those software?

 

everything works with the Standard legacy driver by AMD, no problems with those software

 

Ok, I will continue to look into this problem. The next HotFix will be called HotFix 5 Beta 1. To address issues with crossfire users.

You have right but on catalyst 12.6 legacy and forceware from nvidia on my old 9500gt in old computer everything works ok. Of course other things don't works good on 12.6.

 

I tested some videos on YouTube with different Official ATI Drivers and found flash videos lags regardless of the driver. I also tested with hardware acceleration On/Off and Flash Videos still lagged When using Full-Screen.

Try ending Mom.exe in task manger using End process Tree. Then relaunch ATI Catalyst by right clicking on your desktop.

 

HotFix 5 is only for Crossfire config? I've installed Hotfix 3 64 BIT, now installing 4! No problems like the ones reported, on a W7 64 Bit Config with 4870 card! On MPC the only issue is with subtitles but solved it with FFDshow decoder!

 

No, it can also be used for Single GPU Users. Try it out with directx9 games and tell me how it performs.

 

well going to Hotfix 5! HotFix 4 lacks the upscale settings on Desktop Management! My 24" Monitor at 1920x1080 resolution doesn't fit totaly the screen window!

 

You should Ignore my previous post, it seems HotFix 5 Beta 1 has ATI Control Center Bug.
