Well, I don't have any advice for using Windows 8.1 over Windows 7. But, windows 8.1 has worked well on my system, hopefully you will also have similar results when using it.

hmm, I will take a look at the signature later. I'm not sure if you are up to it but you can try using the Full Software Cleanup Method........Note: This will remove all software from your PC.

Other thing you can try is reinstalling Net Framework 3.5 and 3.0. after using
    NET Framework Cleanup Tool

    Windows 8 Signature Bug WorkAround
    -Check the Enable Advanced Boot
    -Restart Your Operating System
-Press 7 to Disable Driver Enforcement Signature.

I made with and without it.
But I don't really think that "xFlash GPU Acceleration" applied successfully.
I mean that when I double-click it a CMD window appeared for Less than a Second and then disappeared.Tried 3 times... That is supposed to happen?

I think your System is attempting to run the tool as an administrator. When the tool is launch without any administrative privilege user should see a selection Option asking user whether they want to patch Chrome or Firefox.

When using the Included Driver and Package Cleaner do you experience the same bug?

hey, dellon although most of your drivers worked under win 8 x64 after installing fresh win 7 and 8.1 i can't get them to work in neither 7 or 8.1.the only driver that works for me and installing without a problem is ATI Catalyst 12.11 B11 HotFix 10 P6 V11.3 All Supported OS for both win version. For win 7 test mode on only works and for win 8.1 only if i press 7 during boot otherwise it won't load the driver

    Windows 8.1 Supports WDDM 1.3, 1.2, 1.1 and 1.0.
    Windows 8 Supports WDDM 1.2, 1.1 and 1.0.
    Windows 7 Support WDDM 1.1 and 1.0.
    Windows Vista Supports WDDM 1.0.

    Other Thoughts
Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 Supports DirectX Emulation Via the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter.
I guess Legacy Users Experiencing DirectX bug when attempting to play Battlefield 4 can use the Basic Display Adapter to Launch the game and make changes to the game settings or even attempt Play the game.

No, you will probably drop to WDDM 1.2. However the driver should still work the same as When you are using WDDM 1.3. But, I will probably send you a WDDM. 1.3 driver for Test later this Week.

still signature problem.only way to install is by having wddm 1.1 already and dde enabled.tried with basic graphics adapter and dde enabled and although it installed the driver(checked in device manager) the blocked driver message appeared too.4k video only plays in 360p because it doesn't give you any other option.tried with latest flash and xflash utility too(10.3).i tried this with comodo dragon so i don't know if chrome will give the same results

Yes. the same thing with Included Driver and Package Cleaner. In previous versions they were working.
I saw that they are acctually Shortcuts so I went to the source of "xFlash GPU Acceleration" in "SwitchA1" folder and opened "Launcher" and appeared a cmd window with:

The Flash GPU Acceleration Patch is now Supports Google Chrome
Therefore Chrome Users should expect Full Flash Acceleration.
    :
    Instruction
    -----------
F = Enables FireFox Flash GPU Acceleration
G = Enables Google Flash GPU Acceleration

When I pressed "F" a message appeared that "the Flash Player Switcher should now be enabled...." Bit when I pressed "G" appeared that "the Flash Player Switcher should now be DISABLED". This is how it should be? I guess it should say ENABLED like the Firefox one... I tried 3 times. And I noticed that when I pressed again F the switcher Disabled and then I pressed again and saying Enabled but for the Chrome one it only says DISABLED.

P.S. the reuploaded version still have the signature BUG :( I'm still using that app to make it work.
What has changed, Dellon? The last 5-6 (can't remember exactly) previous versions were working perfectly sice I have told you first time about this error.

The Signature changed. The first upload was a bug then the second I attempted to change the method of signing and now I reverted back to default signing.

    Other Thoughts
Google should also say enabled. Anyways, I think the message system may be bugged. Try playing a Video using Chrome to see if the settings got applied.
